Synopsis

Qualitas Energy, a global investment, management and project development company, agreed to acquire Fund’s 99 WM German wind portfolio from SUSI Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of this portfolio represents a significant milestone in our strategy to drive long-term, sustainable value creation in the renewable energy sector,” Johannes Overbeck, Qualitas Energy Head of Investments.
