Shift4 completed the acquisition of Card Industry Professionals from Mercia Ventures.

Shift4, a company specializing in integrated payment processing and technology solutions, completed the acquisition of Card Industry Professionals, a company focused on card payment solutions for SMEs, from Mercia Ventures, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to be joining the Shift4 family.
