Team Group to acquire a majority stake in Imagine Communications from Brookfield.

Team Group, Armenia’s largest telecom group, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Imagine Communications, an Irish wireless broadband provider, from Brookfield, an asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a strategic move for Team Group as we enter the European market. We are excited about the opportunity to enhance broadband services in Ireland and further invest in next-generation connectivity solutions," Hayk Yesayan, Team Group CEO.
