Amper Group to acquire Navacel for €23.8m.

Amper Group, a company that facilitates market transformation towards business models with industrial and technological solutions, agreed to acquire Navacel, a company specialising in the manufacture of large and complex structures for the offshore oil & gas and offshore wind sectors, for €23.8m.
