Main Capital Partners to acquire Procilon Group from Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen.

Main Capital Partners, a software investor, agreed to acquire Procilon Group, a provider of secure communication and digital signature, from Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen, a long-term investment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
