Ortec Group completed the acquisition of Weetec Group from Sparring Capital.

Ortec Group, an engineering and construction services company, completed the acquisition of Weetec Group, a player in electrical and HVAC engineering, from Sparring Capital, an asset management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The expertise of Weetec and its subsidiaries, combined with Brunet’s know-how, places the Ortec Group in an ideal position in the fast-growing sector of energy-efficient building renovation. Weetec’s strong presence in the Paris region and Brunet’s extensive regional network complement each other to reinforce our proximity to our customers.
