Heritage Bank to merge with Fidelity State Bank and Trust.

Heritage Bank, a community bank, agreed to merge with Fidelity State Bank and Trust, a banking services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand our commitment to the Topeka region through the merger of our two organizations.
