Solix to acquire automation, navigation and control system business from Wartsila.

Solix, an investment company, agreed to acquire automation, navigation and control system business from Wartsila, a Finnish company which manufactures and services power sources and other equipment in the marine and energy markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ANCS is a leading system and services provider in marine navigation and automation.
