EssilorLuxottica to acquire Espansione Group.

EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in optical equipment and eyewear, agreed to acquire Espansione Group, a med-tech company specializing in non-invasive medical devices for ophthalmology and dermatology. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a significant step in advancing our medical technology capabilities and strengthening our position in the vision care industry. Together, we aim to enhance access to innovative treatments for patients worldwide," Francesco Milleri, EssilorLuxottica Chairman and CEO.
