Vitesse Energy to acquire Lucero Energy for $166m.

Vitesse Energy, an independent energy company, agreed to acquire Lucero Energy, a pure-play North Dakota Bakken / Three Forks producer, for $166m. "We are acquiring a high-quality company that has been very well managed and will be a terrific complement to our existing business.
