LRQA to acquire StepUp Solution Services.

LRQA, a provider of multi-sector quality assurance, inspection services and cyber-security services, agreed to acquire StepUp Solution Services, a management consulting, advisory, training and audit provider based in Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed.
