Raba Kistner completed the acquisition of Browne Engineering Partners.

Raba Kistner, an engineering and environmental consulting and project management services provider, completed the acquisition of Browne Engineering Partners, a construction engineering and inspection solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since Raba Kistner expanded to add infrastructure services in 2003, our Infrastructure division has grown to be a major contributor to our company’s success.
