Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of a 98% stake in G-TEK.

Dacke Industri, a company specializing in industrial investments and technology, completed the acquisition of a 98% stake in G-TEK, a company focused on Powerpack installations for OEM manufacturers of mobile vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is very exciting to take this next step for G-TEK’s future and become part of Dacke Industri. Dacke Industri is a very strong and competent owner, and we together see great possibilities to develop further and expand the G-TEK business,” Thomas Larsson, G-TEK CEO.
