Dent Wizard completed the acquisition of High Tech Locksmiths from OPENLANE.

Dent Wizard, an automotive reconditioning services company, completed the acquisition of High Tech Locksmiths, an automotive locksmithing company, from OPENLANE, an online auction platform for auto dealers to acquire and sell wholesale vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HTL is excited about our future as a part of the Dent Wizard organization. The combination of our companies will create an improved offering and value proposition to both existing and potential new customers,” David Moore, HTL Chief Operating Officer.
