Bilendi, a media company, completed the acquisition of Netquest, an internet marketing services company, from Advent and KKR-backed NielsenIQ, a global marketing research firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The merger with Netquest marks a key step in our ambition to build a leading global player.
