LexisNexis Legal & Professional completed the acquisition of Seminar Oberlaa.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, a global provider of legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics, and a subsidiary of RELX, completed the acquisition of Seminar Oberlaa, an Austrian-based company that provides professional tax training and legal content. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By combining our complementary resources and capabilities, we can provide even greater value to our customers and further solidify our ambitions to innovate and enhance our offerings as a leading provider in the tax industry,” Gunther Hackl, Seminar Oberla Head.
