DENTRESSANGLE-backed Naturacare to acquire Sochim International.

DENTRESSANGLE-backed Naturacare, a European group that puts its expertise at the service of food supplement, pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies, agreed to acquire Sochim International, a Milan-based CDMO specializing in the formulation and production of dietary supplements and the distribution of ingredients. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Sochim strengthens Naturacare’s capabilities in sourcing critical ingredients for the manufacturing of dietary supplements for human and animal health, as well as dry cosmetics.
