CECO Environmental completed the acquisition of Verantis Environmental Solutions Group from Tanglewood Investments for $65.5m.

CECO Environmental, a provider of engineered systems and industrial process equipment for air quality control, water treatment, and energy transition solutions, completed the acquisition of Verantis Environmental Solutions Group, a provider of highly engineered environmental control systems, from Tanglewood Investments for $65.5m.
