Kingfisher to acquire Brico Dépôt Romania from Altex Romania for €70m.

Kingfisher, an international home improvement company, agreed to acquire Brico Dépôt Romania, a home improvement store, from Altex Romania, a retail company, for €70m. “We are pleased to have found an experienced and successful local buyer for Brico Dépôt Romania.
