Adelis Partners completed the acquisition of Btwentyfour.

Adelis Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Btwentyfour, provider of supply chain data automation software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Btwentyfour was seeking an experienced partner that would support our international growth and the company’s continued development.
