Titan Wealth completed the acquisition of Independent Wealth Planners.

Titan Wealth, a financial planning firm, specialising in workplace pensions, employee benefits and wealth management, completed the acquisition of Independent Wealth Planners, a UK financial planning provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a long-term goal of mine and James Kaberry, as founders of Titan Wealth, to acquire and partner with one of the leading IFA platforms in the UK and we are delighted to have fulfilled this ambition with our acquisition of IWP," Andrew Fearon, Titan Wealth Joint Group CEO and Head of M&A.
