Swiss Life to acquire a stake in Itínere Infraestructuras from APG.

Swiss Life, a European asset manager and institutional real estate asset manager, agreed to acquire a stake in Itínere Infraestructuras, a toll road operator in Spain, from APG, the largest pension services provider in the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. The recently announced transaction between between APG and Globalvia valued Itínere at €1.9bn. This agreement represents an important milestone for Swiss Life Asset Managers and APG, reinforcing their commitment to enhancing infrastructure investment in the Iberian region and providing a clear path forward for Itínere Infraestructuras.
