Praxis Group, a real estate investment and development company, completed the acquisition of Kings Hill town centre, a mixed-use development in Kent featuring retail, leisure, and residential facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to become a significant stakeholder in Kings Hill and believe our active real estate management and placemaking expertise can accelerate the successful evolution of the town," James Hewitt, Praxis Group Chief Operating Officer.
