Ufenau Capital Partners to acquire Sagardoy Abogados.

Ufenau Capital Partners, a Swiss investment group specializing in high-growth service companies, agreed to acquire Sagardoy Abogados, a Spanish labor law firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This association accelerates our growth, consolidates our leadership in labor law, and expands our service offerings into new business areas," Íñigo Sagardoy, Sagardoy Abogados President.
