Apposite Capital-backed Swanton Care and Community, an assisted living facility, completed the acquisition of the disability support business from Alina Homecare, a healthcare provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have long held an ambition to offer support services in the South of England and Alina provides us with an excellent opportunity to do so and to facilitate their continued growth plans throughout this part of the country. It will provide more people with a disability with the opportunity to access the excellent support on offer from Alina Disability Support whilst at the same time sharing the same strong values and ethos that Swanton are known for,” Gary Thompson, Swanton CEO.
