Navantia, a Spanish state-owned shipbuilding company, completed the acquisition of shipyards across four sites from Harland & Wolff, a British shipbuilding and fabrication company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The completion of this acquisition marks a significant milestone for Navantia UK and demonstrates our long-term commitment to UK industry.
