Riverdam-backed Smizer, a platform of regional IT partners for SMEs, completed the acquisition of IT Local, a regional IT service provider specializing in innovative IT solutions for SMEs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IT Local has a strong focus on the balance between people, processes and technology.
