Base Digitale Group to acquire Capital Markets software solutions unit of Nexi.

Base Digitale Group, a financial IT outsourcing services provider, agreed to acquire Capital Markets software solutions unit of Nexi, an Italian bank specializing in payment systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We further strengthen our digital platforms at the service of the Financial Services Industry, in an extremely relevant area such as Compliance and Market Abuse, thus completing the coverage of the entire operational chain from trading to market supervision and further strengthening the value-added offer characterized by innovative platforms on low latency, quantitative trading and AI,” Leonardo Bassilichi, Base Digitale Group CEO.
