Gladstone Investment Corporation completed the acquisition of Nielsen-Kellerman from Clearview Capital.

Gladstone Investment Corporation, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Nielsen-Kellerman, a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of environmental and athletic performance measurement instruments, from Clearview Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Clearview Capital provided us with the strategic guidance and the capital necessary to support our vision for the Company. Clearview Capital’s prior investment experience in outdoor products was invaluable. They challenged us to think bigger, to invest in personnel, systems, and facilities to expand the Company’s capabilities and market opportunities.
