OraSure Technologies completed the acquisition of Sherlock Biosciences.

OraSure Technologies, a leader in point-of-need and home diagnostic tests, completed the acquisition of Sherlock Biosciences, a company developing next-generation diagnostics for consumers and healthcare providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Sherlock represents the next step in OTI’s innovation strategy.
