ERG to acquire Broken Cross Wind Farm for £60m.

ERG, an independent operator of clean energy from renewable sources, agreed Broken Cross Wind Farm, wind farms, for £60m. “Through the acquisition of Broken Cross, ERG further consolidates its presence in the UK, a core country for the growth strategy of the Group, where we will reach a total installed capacity of around 300 MW in addition to 47 MW under construction. This plant will contribute to the Group financial results as early as 2025 and being close to our assets it will ensure operational synergies," Paolo Merli, ERG Chief Executive Officer .
