Inflexion to acquire Mecenat from IK Partners.

Inflexion, a mid-market private equity firm, investing in established high growth businesses for a minority or majority stake, agreed to acquire Mecenat, a marketing and brand awareness platform, from IK Partners, a European private equity firm, focusing on investments in the Nordic region, Benelux, France, and Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We would like to thank IK for their support during the past three years.
