Everfield completed the acquisition of ondeso from HTGF and Bayern Kapital.

Everfield, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ondeso, a software company, from HTGF and Bayern Kapital, a venture capital firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. Everfield's deep expertise in supporting European software companies is a tremendous asset as we enhance our offerings for existing customers and expand our reach into new markets.
