CPP Investments, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Nordic Capital-backed Regnology, a provider of regulatory, risk, and supervisory technology solutions, for €460m. “Nordic Capital’s support has been pivotal in our journey, and we are thrilled for CPP Investments to come on board as we enter the next phase of our global expansion.
