Builders FirstSource to acquire Alpine Lumber.

Builders FirstSource, a supplier of building products, prefabricated components and value-added services, agreed to acquire Alpine Lumber, a wholesale building materials provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Alpine has long-standing customer relationships and a proven track record of profitable growth in highly attractive markets.
