CDP Equity, Trilantic Europe, and BF Group to acquire Diagram Group from Nextalia.

Private equity companies CDP Equity, Trilantic Europe, and BF Group, agreed to acquire Diagram Group, an agritech company, from Nextalia, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operation represents the first exit of the Nextalia Private Equity fund, offering an excellent return to our investors, confirming a solid value creation project, based on a strong industrial rationale and on the proactive contribution provided by Nextalia to support the development of the companies in its portfolio.
