L'Oreal to acquire Gowoonsesang Cosmetics from Migros.

L'Oreal, a manufacturer of cosmetics, agreed to acquire Gowoonsesang Cosmetics, a derma cosmetic brand designed to contribute to healthy beauty based on dermatology and genuine care for skin troubles, from Migros, a retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome Dr.G into the L'Oréal Groupe family. Created by a dermatologist and offering high-performing solutions suitable for even the most sensitive skins, Dr.G perfectly complements our existing skincare portfolio," Alexis Perakis-Valat, L'Oréal Global President of Consumer Products Division.
