Cobevial completed the investment in Huguier Frères.

Alliance, a federation of agri-food SMEs owned by Cobevial, completed the investment in Huguier Frères, a specialist in the processing of meat products. Financial terms were not disclosed. As part of this sale, the Huguier family, through its representatives Agathe and Alexandre Huguier, retains operational management and 15% of the company’s shares, together with a third family member.
