Nautic-backed LindFast Solutions completed the acquisition of Big Bolt from TENEX.

Nautic-backed LindFast Solutions, a distributor of specialty fasteners, completed the acquisition of Big Bolt, a manufacturer of specialty fasteners, from TENEX, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are enthusiastic about the combination of LSG and Big Bolt due to the growth opportunity of the combined business – the addition of Big Bolt to the LSG portfolio allows both businesses to better service and growth their combined customer base," Chris Pierce, Nautic Managing Director.
