Meridian Adhesives Group completed the acquisition of PAS Bangkok.

Meridian Adhesives Group, a leading manufacturer of high-performance adhesive solutions, completed the acquisition of PAS Bangkok, an adhesive specialist and one-stop service provider in Thailand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of PAS Bangkok will continue to position Meridian to achieve its global expansion strategy.
