General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm providing capital and strategic support for growth companies completed the acquisition of Eventus WholeHealth, a provider of value-based primary care and mental health services for medically vulnerable adults residing in long-term care facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. Eventus’ solutions address a critical need for the large and growing long-term care population, through an integrated care model that focuses on providing proactive care and care management to both improve health outcomes and reduce overall spend.
