RWA eGen to acquire a 47.53% stake in RWA from BayWa for €176m.

RWA eGen, a company specialized in the handling, storage, processing, and recycling of agricultural and forestry products, agreed to acquire a 47.53% stake in RWA, a producer, service provider and retailer in the business areas of agriculture, from BayWa, a German company specialized in trading, logistics, and services within the agriculture, for €176m.
