EAAA India-backed Epic Concesiones completed the acquisition of Ashoka Kharar Ludhiana from Ashoka Buildcon.

EAAA India-backed Epic Concesiones, a private limited company, completed the acquisition of Ashoka Kharar Ludhiana, a company operating under a 15-year concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), from Ashoka Buildcon, an Indian infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company's priority in 2025 has been on execution discipline and deleveraging through strategic asset monetization. By combining EPC excellence with the selective sale of BOT and HAM assets, we are significantly strengthening our balance sheet to pursue larger, more complex infrastructure tenders," Ashok Katariya, Ashoka Buildcon Chairman.
