The Rise Fund and Investcorp-backed Outcomes First Group, a deliverer of exceptional, personalised education for young people and adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex special educational needs, completed the acquisition of five Chatsworth schools, institutions located in United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia, from Synova Capital, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This expansion underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional education that is tailored around the unique abilities and aspirations of our pupils.
