TIIC, a Luxembourg-based infrastructure investment firm specializing in long-term equity investments in mid-sized transport and social infrastructure projects, completed the €230m in Artea Group-backed Dream Energy, a France-based renewable energy company specializing in the development and operation of photovoltaic and hydroelectric power plants.
