Oceans Healthcare completed the acquisition of Haven Behavioral Healthcare.

Oceans Healthcare, a provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, completed the acquisition of Haven Behavioral Healthcare, a provider of specialty behavioral health services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our organizations share an almost 40-year legacy of high-quality care and commitment to our patients.
