FoxDen Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Yellow Rocket Concepts.

FoxDen Capital, a single-family office, investing in lower to middle market enterprises, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Yellow Rocket Concepts, an Arkansas-based restaurant group that owns and operates several restaurants and a brewery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership is a way to preserve everything that makes Yellow Rocket special while allowing us to grow.
