Keysight Technologies to acquire PowerArtist from Ansys.

Keysight Technologies, an electronic measurement company, agreed to acquire PowerArtist, a comprehensive RTL design-for-power platform, from Ansys, a company developing and supporting software solutions for design analysis and optimization. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PowerArtist will continue to flourish as part of Keysight’s portfolio as a leading, independent RTL power product agnostic of vendor-specific design implementation flows,” John Lee, Ansys Vice President and General Manager.
