AmeriLife to acquire Crump Life Insurance Services from TIH Insurance.

AmeriLife, a national organization that develops, markets, and distributes life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions, agreed to acquire Crump Life Insurance Services, a distributor and service provider of insurance and retirement products, from TIH Insurance, an insurance broker.
