Conmat Group completed the acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in KYB Conmat from KYB Corporation for INR3.3bn.

Conmat Group, a Vadodara-based manufacturer of construction equipment, completed the acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in KYB Conmat, a manufacturer of concrete construction equipment, from KYB Corporation, a Japanese automotive and industrial components manufacturer, for INR3.3bn. “With this acquisition, the company has taken a significant step towards making India ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ in the true sense,” Premraj Keshyep, Conmat Group Founder.
